My photos.

VIA Rail Canada operates several trains into Jasper. This passenger train in these two photos is the Skeena, a short consist in December, which operates from Jasper to Prince Rupert via Prince George.

Here, the Skeena's imminent departure is shown at the Jasper Depot. The single F40 will supply electrical power for the two cars as well as provide the motive power.

As the Skeena leaves Jasper westbound, it gathers speed in this photo. The double track mainline of Canadian National is shown in this photo, a well used route. The Skeena was a tri-weekly train.
